Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India via reputed courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ecom Express, India Post depending on serviceability).
Rates
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Flat ₹99 on orders below ₹999.
- Some remote / hill pincodes may attract a small additional surcharge, shown at checkout before payment.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Each candle is checked, padded, and cushioned for the journey. You receive an email with the tracking number once it ships.
Delivery time
- Metro + NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) — 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 cities + North-East — 5–8 business days
- Remote pincodes — 7–10 business days
These are standard estimates from the courier. Festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas) and weather/strike events may add 1–3 days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link in the shipping-notification email and on your order detail page at /account/orders. Guest orders can use the magic-link in the email to view tracking without logging in.
Pincode serviceability
Most Indian pincodes are serviceable. If yours isn't, the checkout form will tell you before you pay — there's nothing we can do at our end; courier coverage is on the courier.
If a parcel is delayed or lost
If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email info@luxemyhome.com with your order number. We open a courier query immediately. Lost parcels are typically refunded or replaced within 7 business days of confirmation.
Damaged in transit
Hand-poured candles travel well, but sometimes things break. If the outer box looks damaged, please open it on camera and send us the video within 24 hours of delivery — we'll send a replacement at no cost.
International shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is on the roadmap.
