Returns + Refunds

Each LuxeMyHome piece is hand-poured or hand-cast in small batches. We keep our return policy deliberately tight so the work stays sustainable — please read carefully before placing an order.
What we accept
We accept returns in only two situations:
- Wrong item shipped — you received something different from what you ordered.
- Cement decor arriving damaged — chipped, cracked, or broken in transit. Applies to cement vases, trays, sculpture, bowls, and planters only.
What we cannot accept
- Candles — no returns or exchanges, including damaged ones. Wax forms travel inconsistently and we cannot verify the condition at point of dispatch. We pack every candle with maximum padding before it leaves the studio.
- Change of mind — once shipped, an order cannot be returned simply because you no longer want it.
- Used or lit candles — safety and hygiene.
- Sale, clearance, or custom-made items.
How to start a return
Email info@luxemyhome.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9717096862 within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue (wrong item or damaged cement).
- Clear photos of the item and the outer packaging. For damaged cement, include a photo of the damage and the box it arrived in.
We review and respond within 1 business day. If the return is approved, we'll email you the studio address to ship to.
You ship it back
Approved returns must be shipped back at your own cost via any reliable courier — we don't arrange courier pickup. Pack the piece carefully so it arrives intact. We recommend a tracked service so both sides have visibility on the parcel.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund or arrange a replacement (your choice, when both options are available).
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued via Razorpay to your original payment method. They typically reflect in your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Refund amount
- Wrong item shipped — full refund of the item value plus the proportional shipping you paid.
- Damaged cement — full refund of the item value. We do not refund the original shipping or reimburse your return-shipping cost in either scenario.
Questions before you order
Cement pieces have natural surface variations — small marks, raw grain, and the occasional fingertip — that are part of the craft, not flaws. If you're unsure about a specific piece, email info@luxemyhome.com before placing the order and we'll send extra photos.
